Basic Background.

To create a baseline before any deeper posts it seems important to give some basic info about myself.
(If you feel additional info would help you somehow feel free to contact me via email)
I am going to keep things intentionally vague as to ensure this blog isn't overly personalised and can others who feel a similarity to it can relate in some way.

So here we are:

Name: Kaskad

Age (at time of writing): 29

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual

Relationship Status: Long Term Relationship

Location: Scotland

Occupation/Qualified: IT Support Technician

Mental Health Issues: Depression, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Agoraphobia.

Some of this information may be expanded upon in future blogs.

This information is simply for readers to get a general understanding for the writer of the blogs.
For example if I try to explain effects of PTSD I have reason to know, yet if I make assumptions of anything I am not, please don't take offense and by all means correct me.

A New Beginning.

First of all everything that was previously in this blog is gone. It was the insights, ramblings, and thoughts of a different person.
It was initially created as a method of bearing one's inner soul. Like getting to know them but fast tracked with as much information about the kind of person he is.
This worked initially but it was an unrealistic approach at connecting with people. And as I said, the workings of another person.

So let's re-introduce.

Greetings, I am still Kaskad. Yet simply a very different Kaskad than this blog used to show.

My new aim for this blog is different.
The aims are similar in the sense of bearing one's soul and experiences, yet with the intent of showing others who may have similar thinking or experiences that they are not alone.
This blog will delve into mental health as a whole, the experiences in the past that may be factors, elements in the present that either help to cope or are detrimental, and of course the hopes and doubts about the future.

If any of these key terms strike a familiarity or curiosity with you then please join me moving forward.
If not, either have a nice day or enjoy the drama of an other's life. :)
